Your body already knows
how to repair itself. We deliver
the support, precisely.
Infinity Biolife uses image-guided mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) therapy to support the body's own repair response — delivered directly into the joints, discs, and soft tissue behind chronic pain, rather than left to reach them on their own.
What MSCs actually do — and don't.
Mesenchymal stem cells are one of the most studied cell types in regenerative medicine. We think patients deserve to know exactly what that research supports, not just the optimistic version.
How MSCs Help
- Abundant, well-studied stromal cells sourced from bone marrow, fat, or umbilical cord tissue
- Release anti-inflammatory and immune-modulating signals into the surrounding tissue (a paracrine effect)
- Support a less inflammatory environment around a joint, disc, or tendon
- Carry a well-documented, favorable safety profile across decades of clinical use
What's Still Being Studied
- How much structural tissue regeneration (versus symptom relief) MSCs produce in humans
- Optimal cell dose, delivery method, and number of treatments for a given condition
- Which specific pain conditions respond most reliably, and for how long
- Long-term outcomes beyond the first one to two years post-treatment
Why precise placement matters
MSCs don't reliably travel to an injury on their own — which is why delivery method matters as much as the cells themselves. We inject directly into the target structure (the joint capsule, the disc space, the tendon sheath) under ultrasound or fluoroscopic guidance, so the cells' anti-inflammatory signals are concentrated where they're needed rather than dispersed systemically.
We also monitor Muse cell research — a related, rarer stem-cell subpopulation — and would consider it as a future addition if we can verify a properly enriched product.
Built around chronic, structural pain.
Our protocols are designed for patients who have tried conservative care and are exploring regenerative options before considering surgery.
Knee & Hip Osteoarthritis
Support for joint pain and stiffness associated with cartilage wear and degenerative changes.
Chronic Low Back Pain
Targeted support for disc-related and facet-joint pain that has not responded to conservative care.
Shoulder Pain & Rotator Cuff
Support for tendon and joint irritation that limits range of motion and daily function.
Tendon & Ligament Injuries
Support for slow-healing soft tissue injuries, including chronic tendinopathy.
Post-Surgical Joint Pain
Adjunct support for patients managing lingering pain after orthopedic surgery.
Sports & Overuse Injuries
Support for active patients dealing with recurring strain and soft-tissue breakdown.
Pain management is our focus. Regenerative care is our range.
Infinity Biolife has partnered with The Anti-Aging Lab to offer a fuller range of regenerative and longevity services alongside our core pain-management programs, all under the same physician-directed standard of care.
PRP / PRF Therapy
Platelet-rich preparations drawn from your own blood, used to support healing and tissue repair.
Exosome Therapy
Cell-derived signaling particles used as a complement to cellular treatment protocols.
Peptide Therapy
Physician-supervised peptide protocols used in support of recovery and longevity goals.
Therapeutic Plasma Exchange
A supervised medical procedure that filters and exchanges blood plasma under physician oversight.
Longevity & Weight Optimization
Personalized longevity programs and medically supervised weight-management plans.
Hair Restoration & Aesthetics
Regenerative hair-restoration protocols and advanced aesthetic treatments.
As a thank-you for your service, veterans and first responders receive up to 50% off eligible treatments. Eligibility requirements apply — call or text us to check your eligibility.
Five steps, one physician-led team.
Consultation & Records Review
We review your imaging, history, and prior treatments with a physician to understand whether regenerative therapy is appropriate for your condition.
Candidacy Evaluation
A clinical exam and, where needed, additional imaging confirm the target tissue and rule out contraindications.
Cell Processing & Quality Verification
Each lot is processed under laboratory protocols and checked against its certificate of analysis — including viability and identity testing — before it's cleared for administration.
Image-Guided Administration
Cells are delivered to the target site using ultrasound or fluoroscopic guidance for precision.
Recovery & Outcome Tracking
We follow up at defined intervals to track pain scores, function, and any adverse effects.
Your session, delivered as one protocol.
Your cellular therapy doesn't happen in isolation. We deliver red light concurrently with your treatment, in a room engineered for calm rather than clinical stress — because the environment a procedure happens in affects how it feels to go through.
Red Light Therapy
- Delivered by a Rinnovare R-100 eight-wavelength panel, running during your cellular therapy session rather than as a separate appointment
- The 810–850 nm near-infrared band is the part most relevant to pain: these wavelengths reach muscle, tendon, and joint tissue, and have the strongest research base for musculoskeletal pain and local circulation
- Near-infrared light in this range is absorbed by cytochrome c oxidase in the mitochondria — the established mechanism behind photobiomodulation's effect on cellular energy production
- Laboratory studies have shown photobiomodulation can influence MSC proliferation, viability, and migration in culture, which is the rationale for running the two together
- Non-invasive, no known interference with cellular therapy, and included at no additional charge
- The honest limit: no controlled human trial has shown that adding red light to an MSC injection improves the outcome. We pair them because the mechanism is plausible and the risk is low — not because the combination is proven
Immersive Sound Field
- Our treatment rooms are fitted with a Planar Matryxx™ coordinated audio array from Marziani inMERSION Systems — the same platform used in museum installations and themed attractions
- Rather than speakers aimed at you, the array produces one continuous, even sound field across the room, with no hot spots or dead zones
- The purpose is comfort: reducing procedure anxiety and muscle tension while you hold still for an image-guided injection
- This is an audio environment, not a medical device or a treatment. It doesn't act on your condition, we make no therapeutic claim for it, and it isn't billed as therapy

What's in the room, stated plainly.
Transparency, in writing.
Regenerative medicine is an evolving field. We believe patients deserve a clear, honest account of what is — and isn't — established.
- Every treatment plan is directed by a licensed, board-certified physician.
- Cell material is processed under current Good Tissue Practice (cGTP)-aligned laboratory protocols.
- Screening and informed consent are completed before any procedure is scheduled.
- We track outcomes over time and share realistic expectations, not guarantees.
- We'll tell you directly if we don't think you're a good candidate.

Sample patient experiences.
"I'd tried physical therapy and injections for two years. This was the first time someone explained the actual mechanism to me before recommending anything."
— K.R., knee osteoarthritis patient
"What I appreciated most was that nobody promised me a cure. They were upfront about what the evidence supports."
— D.M., chronic low back pain patient
"The consultation alone was worth it — I finally understood why my shoulder wasn't healing on its own."
— S.T., rotator cuff patient
